The Intelligence Diagnosis ($5,000) carries a single, unconditional performance guarantee: if your Intelligence Map does not identify at least $50,000 in annualized operational savings within the single operation evaluated, the engagement is free.
We verify the $50,000 threshold before your Map is delivered. If the threshold is not met, we notify you and initiate a full refund of $5,000 to your original payment method — you do not need to request it or file a claim. Refunds process within five business days of notification. You receive your complete Intelligence Map regardless of the refund outcome.
A refund voids any deployment credit associated with the Diagnosis. Savings figures are annualized, operational, and benchmark-sourced; revenue projections and growth estimates are not counted toward the threshold.
